Welcome

Join our grassroots campaign to build the Fresno Aquarium

The nonprofit 501(c)(3) Aquarius Aquarium Institute of Fresno is committed to funding the Fresno Aquarium debt-free entirely through donations – both large and small!

This is why we need everyone’s tax-deductible support to continue the progress we’ve already made toward building this project for everyone in California’s San Joaquin Valley.

Spring 2017 Construction Update

Donations to our nonprofit project are going right back into our local economy. This spring, Andrew Tuell Concrete, Inc. of Clovis poured a massive two-foot-thick concrete slab for our thirty-foot-tall fire protection water tank after our engineering plans were approved by Fresno County and the North Central Fire Protection District. This slab will provide a solid base for the tank, which will feed into a water main leading to a fire hydrant near the future aquarium building.

Construction Activity Update

Grading

September 25, 2016 – Crawford Construction of Clovis worked intensely this month on the Fresno Aquarium property to grade our building pad and move our driveway slightly to the west to create space for a required 20-foot landscape strip along our shared property line with Highway 99.
