December 28, 2012 - Have you ever heard of a CMU? A Concrete Masonry Unit is a block that can be lifted by an individual and easily placed to become a part of a much larger wall of a building. Regular blocks are only $100 and large blocks are $200.

We thought this was a great way for you to put your name, your family's name and your company's name on the physical Fresno Aquarium! After all, our success to this point has come from the generosity of individuals - lifting what each can handle and adding their part to the project one piece at a time. And your donation is fully tax-deductible!

All From the Ground Up concrete block contributors receive:

• Your name or names will appear immediately on our website's Capital Campaign Contributors list.
• Your own From the Ground Up certificate will be mailed to your home or office to commemorate your contribution.
• Your name or names will appear on a permanent wall display to be installed at the entrance to the new Fresno Aquarium’s behind-the-scenes tour with name positioning commensurate with giving level.
